Wale Wale Kenya is structured in a way that the youths taking part in the projects in the organization are the one who make decisions when it comes to choosing their own leaders. Every year in February we have an annual general meeting whereby the members get a chance to select their own leaders. This year we had our annual general meeting on 23rd of February and the new elected leaders are as follows;

Apart from the local board which comprises of the members, we have a group of director that also oversee all the organization’s activities and mostly they take part in decision making. They include; Monica Adhiambo, George Kevin, George Were, Winfred Ngina, Sarah Opondo, Flavia Achieng.
At Wale, we also have a project manager, since most of the members are still in school the project manager helps oversee the different activities that take place in the centre together with the administration work including working with the intern. Currently we have four of our oldest members part of the working staff at Wale i.e. they take part in the morning administration work and have specific duties that are allocated to each one of them each under their contracts as well as each Monday meeting.
